Dr. Vavilala is co-founder and CEO from January 2008. Dr. Vavilala is an accomplished chemist with more than 10 years of experience in organic and medicinal chemistry. He contributed to the development of IGF-1R inhibitors during his employment at CRL, San Diego, CA. He has a proven track record of success in project management in medicinal chemistry, hit-to-follow libraries and custom synthesis. Before his employment at CRL, he was a postdoctoral fellow in Prof. Eschenmoser group, The Scripps Research Institute, La Jolla, CA. He received his PhD in organic chemistry from Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad, India. Dr. Vavilala, to his credit published more than 20 publications and patents in international journals.
